2. Food Ordering & Pricing
All menu items are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and portions displayed on our platform are accurate, minor variations may occur based on fresh ingredient sourcing.
- Order Placement: An order is confirmed once accepted by our kitchen system or payment confirmation is received.
- Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST and food preparation costs. Delivery fees, if applicable, are highlighted transparently before checkout.
- Portions & Customization: Special instructions or add-ons chosen during ordering will be catered to best effort.
3. Delivery Guidelines
We take immense pride in ensuring your food arrives hot, fresh, and safely packaged. Our estimated delivery times (typically 30–45 minutes) are estimates based on distance, traffic, and weather conditions.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Our delivery personnel will attempt to reach you upon arrival. If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unreachable, the order cannot be re-routed without additional delivery charges.
4. Payments & Transactions
Rasoova supports multiple payment modes, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Instant Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets) via secure payment gateways (Razorpay).
- All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
- In case of a payment failure where funds are deducted from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded by your bank within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Food Quality & Hygiene Standards
Our cloud kitchens adhere strictly to FSSAI food safety guidelines. Every dish is freshly prepared upon order confirmation using premium oil, authentic spices, and hygienic packaging materials to guarantee top quality.
